This project was a brand identity created for a political and news podcast hosted by the talented young journalist, Victor Samouil. Intended for a pilot episode to be pitched to a publishing company, the project was a labor of love that, in the end, wasn't picked up.
The palette combines a bold purple and a pinkish orange, with accents of green and white, providing a high-contrast and energetic feel that helps the brand stand out.
The typography is a key element, with a primary bold, all-caps sans-serif that appears hand-drawn, giving it a friendly feel.
The overall aesthetic is dynamic, personal, and modern. The combination of quirky illustrations, hand-drawn shapes, and strong typography creates a distinct visual identity that is memorable and versatile, easily applied across all media.
The visual identity is designed to be fresh and engaging, deliberately challenging the serious and often dry aesthetics of traditional political news. It uses a bold, playful style with hand-drawn elements and a vibrant color palette to make the topic feel more approachable and appeal to a younger, more modern audience.
